This policy explains what data RaDaR 369 Closer processes, why it is needed, and which choices remain under your control.
Data we may process
Account details and age group; profile and compatibility settings; approximate location; photos, voice, messages, and reports; purchase information; technical diagnostics and safety data.
How data is used
To create accounts, calculate compatibility, show approximate proximity, operate mutual signals and chat, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
Chat and voice introduction
Chat is for text correspondence only. The voice feature is one recording of no more than 15 seconds, available only to a participant in an active mutual match; it can be replaced or deleted and is removed from storage when the account is deleted.
Website analytics
The new Closer web app does not use third-party analytics. Your browser stores the interface language, authentication session and public app files needed to open it. Profiles and messages are not stored in the offline cache.
Highly sensitive settings
Answers about boundaries and intimacy are not published on your profile or disclosed to another member without separate mutual consent.
Location
City search uses the city in your profile and needs no GPS. Nearby radar is enabled separately and works while the app is open. Exact coordinates are converted on your device into an approximate zone and are not sent to the server. Radar presence expires within 6 minutes without an update. You can revoke location permission in your browser or phone settings.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept only as long as necessary for the stated purposes, safety, and legal requirements. You may request an export or complete account deletion.
Your rights
You may correct your profile, control visibility, withdraw consent, block a user, and request a copy or deletion of your data.
Notifications
With your permission, we store your browser push subscription. The browser delivery service sends generic alerts about new profiles, mutual interest and messages, without names or message content. Disable them in your profile or browser settings.
