Hi, I’m Maya. Start with “Open Closer”. Create an account and confirm your email. In Profile, choose your city in Israel, your dating intention and interests. Turn on “Show my profile” and save. Open Discover: people with a similar intention and shared interests appear first. Search in your selected cities works without GPS. The number of cities depends on your active plan. Like someone? Send a signal. If the interest is mutual, a chat opens. Want to meet someone nearby right now? Open Nearby, choose an available radius and start the radar. Depending on your plan, the options are five, ten, twenty-five or fifty kilometres. Allow location access. Radar works while this section is open and stops when you put the app in the background. Your exact coordinates and address are not shown to other members. Select “Install on your phone” to open Closer from its icon. Start with your profile, and find your reason to connect.

Do I need location access?
GPS is not needed for your selected cities. Location is enabled separately in Nearby: Free up to 5 km, Plus up to 10 km, Premium up to 25 km, 369 up to 50 km. Radii are approximate. Nearby discovery works only while this section is open.
Can other people see my exact location?
No. GPS radar uses approximate areas for discovery within your selected radius. Your exact address, coordinates and direction are not shown to other members.
How are profiles ranked in search?
City and matching goals come first, then shared interests. Ties favour shared languages and recently updated profiles. Profiles without shared interests remain lower down.
What does “Photo verified” mean?
A reviewer compared the profile photo with a selfie and code. This optional, free check verifies likeness, not identity documents. Replacing the photo requires a new review.
Do I need a card for the free week?
No. After confirming your email and completing your profile, you can activate Plus once for 7 days in My plan. There is no automatic payment.
I already have a Closer account
Sign in with your existing email and password. Your profile, matches and chats use the same database.
Does it work offline?
The saved app shell can open offline. Sign-in, new profiles, messages and nearby discovery need internet.
