Account Deletion

You can delete your account and associated data directly in the Closer app.
In the app
Open Profile → Data controls → Delete account. Confirm the action using the method that protects your account.
What will be deleted
Your profile, 3–6–9 settings, photos, voice material, contact history, and other data that is not subject to mandatory retention.
What may be retained
Minimal payment, report, block, or safety records may be kept for a limited period where required by law, abuse prevention, or protection of other users.
If you cannot access the app
Use the support page and provide the email address or username associated with the account. Ownership must be verified before deletion. Never send a password or full payment-card number.
